Lenses.

• The lenses we supply are for magnification purposes only and are usually purchased for reading and close work. Most of the styles are readily available in the following lens powers (weakest first) :

Bespoke Service.

• By special order we can provide a bespoke service from our selection, providing you with something completely different. However, please note that if you do order from our bespoke range we cannot exchange or refund if you have specified the wrong lens power or decided you do not like them. This does not affect your statutory rights so if you are in any doubt please order them unglazed to try first.

UK Delivery.

• All purchases are dispatched by Royal Mail First Class Post costing £2.40 per order. All stock items are dispatched within 5 working days, excepting those styles clearly highlighted in yellow, these may take up to 28 working days though in our experience this is rarely the case.

Delivery outside the U.K.

• All purchases are dispatched by Airmail at a cost of GBP £6.75 to Europe, and £6.95 to all other parts of the world - delivery typically taking 7 - 14 business days with the exception of those styles clearly highlighted in yellow, which may take up to 28 business days.

Refunds.

• We offer a 21 day money back guarantee on all purchases but regrettably not the postal / shipping charges. We would ask that when returning goods customers obtain a 'certificate of posting'.

Ordering.

• You may order by credit or debit card, using the safe and secure online shopping cart. Alternatively UK customers may send a cheque along with their order. Please be aware however, that we will wait 7 days for cheque clearance prior to the despatch of goods.
