International Delivery

We are pleased to send orders to a number of countries outside the UK. International orders are sent using a tracked Royal Mail service, and tracking details will be provided once your order has been despatched.

European Union

For many EU destinations, import charges can be paid in advance and are included in the amount charged when you place your order. Where this service is available, there should be no additional customs charges to pay when your parcel is delivered.

For some EU destinations, import charges cannot be paid in advance. Where this applies, the delivery option at checkout will state that import charges are not included, and you may need to pay local taxes, duties or customs charges when your parcel arrives.

United States

Orders to the United States are sent using a Royal Mail duties-paid service. Applicable US import duties and tariffs are paid in advance, so there should be no additional customs charges to pay when your parcel is delivered.

Other International Destinations

For other international destinations, your order may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties or handling fees when it reaches your country. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Despatch & Delivery Times

Ready-to-Wear reading glasses and other items held in stock are normally despatched within 1–2 working days. Bespoke reading glasses and monocles are glazed to order at a UK optical laboratory, so please allow 10–14 working days for despatch.

International delivery times vary according to the destination and local customs procedures. Although orders are sent using a tracked service, parcels may occasionally take longer to arrive due to circumstances outside our control.
