Returns

We offer a 21-day money-back guarantee on purchases. If you'd like to return something, simply get in touch and we'll be happy to help. UK customers can also request a free tracked returns label.

Exchanges

If you'd prefer to exchange your glasses, please get in touch and we'll provide a free tracked returns label. UK exchanges are charged at £3.95, which covers the postage and packing for sending your replacement pair.

International Returns

If you're returning an order from outside the UK, please note that the original delivery charge is non-refundable and you'll need to pay the cost of returning the item to us. Our free tracked returns labels are available to UK customers only.

We recommend using a tracked or signed-for service when returning an item, as this provides proof of posting should the parcel be lost in transit.

Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
